US or UK Neo?
To identify whether you are in possession of a UK Neo with UK keyboard please check the number '4' key on the keypad of your Neo:
If it contains the € (Euro) symbol then you have the UK version of Neo.
If not then you are in possession of a US version of Neo.

AlphaBeam for the Mac is a free software to enable IR transfer between Neo and an Apple Mac, Dana and an Apple Mac as well as between an infrared-capable AlphaSmart 3000 and an Apple Mac. There are some limitations in the transfer of international characters such as the "Euro" character €, as this software is designed around American Macs.
