KAZ allows you to provide complete keyboarding instruction. You can enrol up to eight students per Neo and still have eight writing files.

The KAZ SmartApplet includes lessons covering instruction, accuracy measurement, speed builders and tests.

It is a great resource for freeing up your computer suite and allowing touch typing skills to be honed away from the classroom, especially since 3 sessions of 20 minutes per day have been shown to be more effective than a full hour session each day.

KAZ is now bundled as standard and pre-installed with all 2005 UK versions of Neo by AlphaSmart.

Current Neo users who do not have KAZ SmartApplet can purchase the latest AlphaSmart Manager (version 2.01) CD which includes KAZ from our UK based resellers.
